I'd write as much as you possibly can now without being judgemental, just to get your initial thoughts and some words down, and then when you come back from work you already have something to go from and not just a blank document. The hardest part is to write the first word, so if you already have something in the document when you come back tired from work, it's easier to just finish it than if you'd just procrastinate it now and have to start from the very beginning at like 8-9 pm

But I had a great night last night... crisps, wine and a drawing game i’m horrible at, what could possibly be better than that?
