wow awful.. but they shouldn't be able to just say no as long as it's in the move-in inspection? (is this a word?), can't something be done or someone be contacted? 
I had dad with me so i think they could just say no unfortunately... im pretty sure dad would've argued w him otherwise.. so this was our "contact to do something about it"

I am so ready to just paint myself but dad pointed out that could be very energy consuming which is a good point and so my burnout is the only reason im even considering spending money on professional painter T_T 
Lmk if you need help painting I’ve painted a lot of walls in my day 💪💪

Is this your first time viewing the apartment or were the walls covered by furniture when u looked at it before signing contract

First time looking at it empty yeah, when i looked at it in november someone was still living there
