Idk there are probably different dialects too? Is this a thing in norwegian finnish, swedish? Where the accent sounds nothing like the standard language?

We have dialects yes but it depends on the dialect, also Norwegian Swedish Danish dialects of one other, and Norwegian has two different varieties!
