i can't this is the only room in all 3 buildings that doesn't have any direct neighbors and i havee misophonia so i don't do well with people living right next to me lol.. i had to move from my old room because i happened to get placed in between the two noisiest neighbors possible 
the noise from the auditorium is annoying too but in a different way. they're allowed and even supposed to make noise in the auditorium so i don't get as bothered by it. unless it's late in the evening like rn =)

oh no sad It does sound like you're in the best situation possible in current dorms... they should just quit being noisy earlier, which I think is reasonable to suggest. No one gets anything out of practicing that much and getting zero sleep anyway
