im like from a russian family and theres a bunch of russian families in estonia its the second most spoken language and there are bunch of russian speaking schools (which they are trying to make fully estonian even tho theres literally no teachers lol)

so i grew up around russians and that is my mother language! but i AM an estonian citizen bc my mom is

the baltics have large russian population, often with quite a big divide between the russians and the baltic countries, weedee has russian parents, but from estonia
