so i called support instead of chat this time thinking he would be able to help n he too was like "yea that sounds incredibly weird! thats a lot of data for only 2 days!" n i was like yea??!! but then he said he couldnt really help us cause he couldnt find a flaw from their side?? n that when looking at when we've used data theres just been a constant flow of it n nothing that like sucked ut all up within a short period of time ? so then it had to be our own fault???
but we r doing literally nothing different in terms of how we use the internet n what we use it for ?

250gb has always been enough for just under 1 month for the almost 2 yrs ive lived here, but last month n this we suddenly use 250gb in 2 days??? i do not believe it i think there has to be a flaw somewhere -_-
