I'd also suggest strongly Neverwinter nights: enhanced edition!!
It gets updated till this day and had some coop modules and mods though I'd say it is more complex than baldurs gate in my experience with the 3 games

I used to have a cd but well that thing is gone and I wanna get digital copies of the game

and a video is a great idea, I personally had to learn all myself but I believe over the fact those games have a small but good community someone must've done it
