like she went and checked bc i was like .. i literally got a message on qwednesday telling me to remember an appointment and she was like ??? you were supposed to have gotten a message.. went to her computer and found the message wa sin it just hadnt been sent...

I hate when healthcare n stuff does this like we’re expected to be super good at not bein late n respecting their time but never the reverse 😫
