like i wouldnt even recommend it because it could be absolute shit i just know it works well with my hair AND is cheap for a big ass bottle but i always buy the franck provost shampoo n conditioner .. i think bc my dad bought it when he was there cuz he saw it was for "colored hair" and he thought oh perfect for my emo pink hair daughter! and then it was good so ive just kept using it 
but basically any shampoo and conditioner will work well with my hair so liek ....
