if you didnt go far with the game then you can just start all over. i started playing on ps too but it was very limited like whenever i needed to purchase something in game, i couldnt do it on my phone/ipad - only ps but these days you can buy from their website so it doesnt really bother me any more plus its way more convenient on computer.

you just have to link your psn genshin acct to hoyolab and link it to an email address, and use that login info on different devices
it's an unnecessary hassle but at least they made it possible to unlink an account, unlike previously ,,
