This always would happen to me with therapists and support workers when I was younger 😔
Meetings planning a healthy future for me, i'm on longterm sick leave bc of exhaustion so im in like a program that’s helping and supporting me with all kinds of things that i struggle with. They r also my bridge to get in contact with bunch of government stuff

So i have weekly meetings to check on me
