Im already taking magnesium for my pcos but apparently that ones not the best for sleep cause who knew there are like five different types of magnesium lmao but I’m not about to buy even more magnesium id rather just ask doc for prescription sleeping meds I think

I don’t think there’s any actual difference in prescription anyways, just the amount you can get at once since otc comes in packs of 10
