thank you wahhh! the doc i met with today seemed rly nice, she was gentle when she saw i wa sgetting stressed. she also said that she would piut in a note in the referee that i was rly scared bc of the pain and circumstances around last time i had an ultrasound which was kind of her
she also had no  idea abt the pigment spots tho lmao, she said its not uhh exzema bc they dont itch, some of them are like circles and she didnt rly know what it could be. but we're prioritizing the stuff with periods and stuff before the spots

pls gfdhuikrdf. i already know im gonna be missing folsyre bc i have been for atleast 2 years and i still havent taken them bc i didnt wanna buy em when so expensive.... and potensially vitamin d again...
