Yes! When you save the flats of the skin, it basically wraps around your character's model!
So I would leave parts blank to have it not show!

For orc dad, I made the mouth really wide so when he put a helmet on it gave him a medieval knight style helmet and teeth (on the "front"

For brother's wings it was his "armor" which was really funny when you took off the armors

Yes! It was only possible in Java because you had the script and could essentially "replace" the Steve or Alex model with your own!

Do we have Minecraft skins? Im sure there's a Steve and an Alex at least...


But yes I do see your logic progression as well. Its a pretty funny misunderstanding tbh
