we can get them covered if we get dysphoria diagnosis (huge queues nutritiously annoying) and then queue more for surgery, and then the surgeons who do it in public health care has a very bad reputation both for awful bedside manner and making a scuffed job of it so a lot of people go private anyways

YES it is a HORROR story but some people have their chests grow back after such operations, it is horrible
I know in my family we don't have swelling but straight up size changes, like my sister weighs less than me so size was slightly smaller but after childbirth she has the same size as me, if not slightly bigger

Yep! although she lost a lot of weight so I think that went down but I don't know as we did not talk nor see eachother for years 
And yeah it is rare but can happen! and this is why I'd do it only AFTER childbirth! to minimize the risk

Got surgery for my back itself! not the chest, not yet
Yep! 5 months of putting all money aside
realistically speaking It'd be 1-2 years of savings I think !
