when she was a puppy she was sniffing in some leaves, and suddenly she stopped and really sniffed, and after a while I decided to check on wtf she was doing, and she had found dried dog poop she'd decided to eat. Because she wouldn't let go of it I had to grab the poop and drag it out of her mouth.
