lmao true
im currently unemployed as of very recently and had a lot of struggles w sleep (even before i was unemployed but started when i knew i was being let go, and it wasnt a matter of sleeping in but moreso bad quality sleep n lots of waking up) despite having amazing sleep hygiene so one kinda just has to give everything a try i guess! Sleeping meds was my last resort cause melatonin didnt work. Have u tried that? u prolly have
ahh yes being unemployed & sleep is just hard i guess bc there's no real pressure to fix the sleep schedule, for me anyways
