basically every week you have to work your contracted hours and you're expected to be able to work 25% more than that too, so i am on 8 and sometimes do have to work 12, if i was on 12, i'd usually do 12, but sometimes do more

Oh,,, yes then try to put forward that you are super avaliable for those extra 25% percent and if you do get more hours you’ll get a feel for if you can handle contracted 12 in the future mayb
