Basically said if have to be more careful than others to eat and drink enuf …. But I still think I’m probably deficient in something so  I’m still hoping a vitamin will fix all my problems

yay for good heart and lungs!!!!!! wahh i hope u get results soon so u can know more specifically what to do... stuffing more snack bars into my närcon bag  that hasnt been delivered yet but likee im doing it in spirit
