w insulinresistens, verrrry easily explained, ur cells arent mottakelige to insulin so therefore the body produces even MORE insulin so compensate, but that insulin is redundant and therefore body does not use the insulin for energy but stores it and it gets stored as fat around the stomach usually

Yea i was put on the minipill which took my period away immediately but the affects to my mental health were horrendous which is why i had to stop but now i have no period at all lol

im on regular kombinasjonspiller, loette / mirabella
but i know theres a brand called slinda, which many ppl w pmos swears to, its a gestagenpille so it only has gestagen not østrogen and i read that many ppl saw their pmos symptoms fade on it + it helped w period cramps and heavy bleeding etc but for me it was the pill that i bled 95 days straight on so my endocrinologist put me back on mirabella

yeah she asked abt that, all i knew abt was grandpa having blodprop in the brain some years ago, idk anything else

idk which ones id get but she did specifically say they had estrogen in them

yeaa, i probably will bc they were talking abt sending the info to her or sumn but idk ill prolly see a little closer. im starting to feel my head starting to hurt, probably bc of all the crying lool but i'll likely end up going if i dont feel too horrendous

None at all. I was on slinda but as I have ocd it somehow messed up my mental health so i had to stop. I got prescribed drovelis but i talked to my psychiatrist and she said that its best to try to get a balance with my current mental health medication + metformin and try again sometime in the future. We’ll see what happens but i feel good now besides not having a period so idk

i feel like ur experience w slinda, period-wise, is what i was promised! i read that ppl completely stopped bleeding on it which honestly would be ideal for me cause im not trying to get pregnant or anything and i struggle w long and frequent periods now, but i was like one of the ppl that the statistics usually dont talkt abt who just bled n bled n bled on it instead  like i had the complete opposite outcome of what i wanted
