I can help you look it over tomorrow but based on how meds are usually administered you should take one every ~12th h if you take 2/day ^_^

my number one fear is falling on the ground and i dont think ppl understand why thats a fear of mine but like  its cause stuff like this happens!!!! and like w my hand!!! i am HEAVY so when i fall i am more likely to hurt myself!!!!!!!! case in point!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it was an embarrassing fall tho like at least first sprained ankle i fell in a stone staircase so it makes sense  but i was getting up from having been sat on the ground, i put my non-good ankled foot on ground first cause ive learned that doesn strain the ankle, then i get up to put other foot on ground but that leg locks n then i get cramps and im unable to stand and i try to place foot on ground but i just fall over and when cramps stopped i noticed ankle felt like last time i sprained........................................ now its twice its sice n hurty but luckily i have trusty old frozen peas
