huuhh it has never bleed for me or smudged. and i get oily after a long day of wearing makeup
but the eyeliner stays put

Idk abt best but i use essence liquid ink,  they have both waterproof and none waterproof. I think they’re good and its like 35 nok

i tried it a while back n apparently they got backlash n then were supposed to stop using it/replace all ai generated stuff except for translation i think which is still poopee

anyways u aint missing out on anything its pretty mid
