Yeah I live in town with 13k ppl so it is what it is tbh. My sister and one of my friends have had very bright colored hair too before but very rarely see anyone else. Saw a girl with very pink hair at the store a couple of months ago, was awkward cus I was ugly that day and had my weird blue hair blonde/orange roots moment
yeah i think in smallert town it makes sense to get more comments, i havent gotten a comment since hmm maybe 2013, but ive also dyed my hair less so

Tbh I didn't get many comments when it was like darkish pinkish/purple etc (obv colored but more muted) since thats more normal probably, but when neon hair or bright colors in general or whatever !! Comments everywhere
