I still feel sick actually but I have made overnight oats/chia pudding im planning to eat tomorrow, n mby protein bar and uhhhh pancakes for dinner, I need to fill up my body

Also mad at myself for having salmon today cus now I remember why I don't use salmon, whole apartment smells like fish n I can't air out properly cus cold outside, I don't rlly care that much but my bed starts smelling like the food I cook always, and my outer jacket starts smelling too n I don't want to smell like fish when I go outside ajjjj
