the sad thing........... it was SUPER easy........................... and im not gonna critique my friends or anything,,,,,but......,,,,, i dont get how someone werent able to explain it like this to me............
the question asked for an estimate right.... not to figure it out w formula.... 
do u know how u estimate standard deviation....? apparently you just count from the mean to the very edge..... take the number you get and divide by 3.................... thats...thats the answer to what i asked and googled n thought so hard abt for several hrs......

ive seen something abt 3 columns with 34% and 13 something an 2 something but that doesnt tell me anything, i also dont know how to do the math if math is involved

estimation typically means understand from the graph?? so you wouldnt need math for that? i think
also it puts estimate in italic so it specifically means estimation without math therefore the following logic:

if u draw a straight line down from the highest point on the graph aka where it goes from uppies to downies u will get rly close to 0,4 on the x axis  like 0,39 
 
for standard deviation u need to find erm i dont rememebr what theyre called but where the curve change which is approximately (and keep in mind i am blind) 0,34 and 0,44 ish? so deviation would be 0,05
