Ok I got out of bed finally just to see if it would help, but it did not, I only felt worse cus I started couching n it feels like my throat wants to rip open or smth ajjjj

I messaged them I can't come today cus J am more sick than yesterday, when I also said I couldn't come, so hopefully they don't think im lying 😭 but I don't want to cough n feel like shit when I deal with preparing food for customers
