i guess it depends what is or isnt present inside the mouth
if his upper canine tooth isnt there, thats why his upper lip is rolling back bc theres no tooth to support lip

dads just telling me to stay calm bc i started almost crying lol, and that we'll look at it when he gets home.. i tried saying he should call the vet cause they close at 15 but he just said he'd see what he could do, and that we wouldnt get in there today and that we'll look at it when he gets home. but im just so scared now

No they should still take him to the vet to look at the cause of the missing teeth in case he had teeth issues and need more removed
