Oof yeah like last year I did some running after surgery and my neck hurt a lot from it but somehow I like tensed it up too much, idk if you tense it up a lot, try to relax it

i rly try to but i do muscle training and when i do certain upper body exercises, it just.... i can't not tense my neck? i'm rly trying lmfao but it seems like it's impossible... idk how. so that's why i want help with that, or tips or whatever i can get

For my friends yes, in a month
My finals start next spring and end in spring 2023
gotta have to start studying for next spring’s finals around christmas tho
i have 6 exams in total, 2 per half a year

I didn't rly have a lot of pain beforehand and now I do so like it got worse ig but if I hadn't got it at one point it would've been waaaay worse so ig I'll just live with this
