No I clean it the same, but it kind of feels more soft or just less dry idk. Mby makeup is like a good protective layer so my skin hydration doesn't evaporate 
Do you use sunscreen w/o makeup? Might be some sunscreen in your makeup for protection too, if that's the case. But there could also be good stuff in makeup

Most dermatologists will recommend sun screen all year ! So it prob will.

Yes but I looked at uv index and its like 0 so its fine imo, im not that worried. But the texture I think helps more than lotion
