i don't think you can have custom sliders in ts4... maybe some cheat to be able to move the body parts at higher values but that's it yes... 
OH yeah for sims 3 I know of those sliders sims 3 is just more superior.....

and I had 50 gb of mods for both games I'd say
50gb omg... i don't let myself get past 600mb  my pc is weak anyways but yes... i try to appreciate what the game itself has to offer..

I also try to do so but when I was like 16? I did not give a shit I just wanted all expansions n all my mods
