dad technically gifted it to me and my sis 
bc they change rules at new years and he will stop working soon so he can't afford to own it, and he don't want to live in the current house we live in (i don't live there anymore but the one i've lived in for most of my years) if he can't decide who the neighboors are. odd but yeah 

so he sold it from his company to us
(And sold his apartment in the city to cover much of it)
and technically it was gonna be free so he paid all the fees and stuff, and he have paid some mil for it
but i also own mom 40k now bc of it
after asking him many times if it was free or if i would have to pay anything


and also we don't rly talk so
and i don't even like it there
maybe sis wanna live there later in life
but i doubt i will 
childhood homes... sorry but they stress me out like i have so many bad memories atp

long story short: if we sell it later selling both houses (after inheriting i guess) at the same time is gonna probably be very lucreative bc of the location
