they could have waited a month before launch, if the website remains this unstable for a few months it's the end of the website and they will have ruined the impression people had with gsm to a degree where no one (sane) will ever want it back, it will be like ew okay actually this was shit

The site has obviously problems, which is to be expected from a website that is from 2016, relaunching in 2022
They are fixing the problems
Fixing won't automatically happen and will take time.

Be grateful they're actually trying, they could've just dipped out and kept all the money (legally).
If 80K isn't enough for them to keep their own shitty website running then they shouldv'e made a fundraiser stating exactly that and maybe budgetted for a realistic budget.

Also, if we're going into the legal things, I also find it wildly problematic that they've saved pictures of minors on their instagram profile after being shut down for over 7 years. Especially when their Momio motto has been "safety for your children and privacy protection for your child online" as a motto for their company.

And by then the hype will have died down, some people will just have given up because there's better options for their time or something similar and the website will be dead.

Having expectations helps a company be better and get better so people stay and use their product.
