hahaha. my gp nagged at me for not having a heachade diary (i did not know it existed and nurse didnt say anything about it when i called about the headache) and then told me to find one online and figure it our on my own
he didnt ask for symptoms or anything too😂

It could also be both. Normal headache can trigger migraine too and it fucking sucks.

If you're not in for massage for tension I have also been recommended regular exercise to stop it. Migraine is just lie down and do nothing to survive
