We were supposed to be focusing on my treatment and the personality disorder course i’m going to participate in but since it didnt happen right this fucking second and is happening in february instead i guess they were like «lol no lets throw other bullshit at you ehen we agreed to focus on the treatment, instead» (:

Im in kvalifiseringprogeammet which I'm sure u r qualified for too. AFT seems to stand for "arbeids trening" somrthing something. 

But wild question, can you change the NAV kontakter? like if u don't like them or they refuse to listen to you at all, it doesn't seem like it's working well

Also ducks that the treatment got postponed. When you're back at ur therapist u should ask if they can call them for you to make them understand just how shit it is and that you need something else.
