I'm very in the mind of school "you cant leave the classroom while u r working" but at work u actually can. Like u can take a break for a snack when u r really hungry, y can go get urself some water or fresh air or jusr a break like it's fine. The place won't go under.

Ive been out to smoke twice, we’re allowed a break once every hour or ehatever. Now im just huding in the lockerroom cause they were confusing me and my feet hurt

Yes. Does he know much about ur disorder? Like how it plays into your life bc the anger thing seems to be a kinda important thing for u like how u deal w it. Hope I'm not overstepping. 

Like it seems quite consuming and energy intensive atm and ppl will understand that part at least. Strong emotions empty people of energy fast and make us act out in ways we often wouldn't if we were in a environment we liked.
