My laptop has colour problems and every white colour has turned a pinkish hue. I sent it for repair last week, where they told me it was a hardware problem and I would need ASUS to fix it for me. I tried to send ASUS a mail about it yesterday, but they're rejecting the repair, citing it being a software problem. I just contacted their technical support, gave them all info on the laptop and asked for help, and I just received a guide for how to fix an ASUS Monitor, where the first step is to check whether all the cables have been put in correctly. I do not have any cables, because it's a fucking laptop.
