i have no idea how long i've been studying now ig for about 4h and i feel so weak but still not like i'm understanding stuff to the extend i need to to pass the exam. feels fucking bad man, the exam is tomorrow

i feel bad for even taking a break??? like i'm wasting precious time or smth

but ig i should go eat bc snacking on rice cakes isn't real food
rest combined with food IMO can be great for restarting the brain, even like some bread with spread or some veggies, usually helped me a lot
you deserve a good break
