i can understand it in the sense ofw if employees r just nose in phone instead of greeting customers n stuff thats bad business and also we dont have like a proper register-area w counter to stand behind so if we r on phone everyone walking past our store will see it but i think phone should be allowed in pocket to check time and use calculator and look up work related stuff.......
