When i had meeting with doctor, i got the standard "are you suicidal?" Question and flat out said "no, but i have had thoughts, if i dont get help now, i mite aswell"

So if they risk a complete cancel 💀 im actually losing it with them lol

it sadly wouldn't have surprised me, mental health services can be very yikes. hoping praying you get good help as soon as possible tho
