Which is very different from municipality just being dicks and wanting to make my sister homeless because they refuse to write the apartment over to my sister since the contract was in my moms name and they won’t accept that anykore

It pisses me off so bad… it’s the same situation my mom had to go to court for…. All for a shotty apartment in an unsafe neighborhood like….
