Tbh I like the touch screen, but I feel like I would not like my kindle if it wasn't backlit at least 😭 i have q kindle paperwhite signature edition, I don't remember why I bought that one instead of regular paperwhite, mby the storage? Idk. But I rlly want a colorsoft in a few years even tho mine won't be broken yet 🤔

Yes the kobo has color too I think, n mby cheaper! I just like the convenience of buying books in the kindle app, and also automatically registering on goodreads

But if u want to read manga and fanfiction, mby a kobo is better tbh. I have some imported files on my kindle with fanfiction but otherwise only amazon books

Yeah the kobo one looks rly nice n okay price, just not android based which is a bit annoying, but it could prolly be worked round by downloading books on computer n putting them on there myself…. I’ve always read so much fanfic on my phone it’s honestly crazey I haven’t moved to an e reader for regular books I guess I didn’t rly see the point when I had phone and iPad but now I’m older and wiser I suppose

With a kindle u can import books from phone/computer tho, it will look like a regular file without a cover tho which sad. At least I think u can, u could when I did it at least
