i hate in hear stuff ... like i bought loops because i thought "yeah this is gonna help me not turn crazy from ppl talking during work" but not does it like, not noticably help dampen any sound it also hurts to wear them longer than 1 hour no matter what size

did they actually help reduce noise for you? because i feel like they dont do anything for me ... but i put them in as instructed. they like ... suction in place even
