fr, i tried cold turkey and idk if its placebo or not but it genuinely made me so anxious/shaky and depressed for months and then i went back to caffeine after the withdrawals anyway. i think slow quitting/reducing is the way to go

i moved back to finland for a bit, then back to germany and then here :' ) idk about the bf though i think sera lore has had too many bfs and hopefully the most cringeful moments have been forgotten   but this is the bf i've had for 3,5 years now unsure if he was ever introduced to the veepee
