Yeah, but since the sims 3 is an open world they kind of had to since almost all lots could be reached etc
While in the sims 4 it's also from houses you can't get to, they are just a flat image almost to create an illusion of a bigger world. If that makes sense. And the items used on those buildings aren't quite the 'usual' sims items. I have no idea how to explain it, but I feel like you get access to a lot more details in ts4 debug now than you did in ts3

It's a bad explanation but still.
Doesn't matter which debug really, you find new treasures everytime you look anyways. Even though you feel like you've looked through it carefully.
