I mean, where I live most schools had the same food since it was prepared in a central kitchen, but I feel like the menus are at least a bit different if you compare between cities? I mean, surely there must be some dishes in Stockholm, Göteborg or Umeå that they don't have in Malmö för example. A bit of local variation in other words, but I have no idea, since I've only gone to school in one kommun.
Yeah I think it would have been weird if we got like super regional skånemat here,,, but I think since uppsala kommun has decent population I think we had more than one kitchen but I’m not entirely sure…. Like the variation I noticed might just have been changes in menu over the years but it was a very distinct shift when I started a school on the opposite side of town
Do you have this thing called Mårten gås (Mårtensafton)? Because I think that's a very regional Skåne-thing, and we always got the same food on that day.

Never heard of this…. So we defo didn’t have this

just googled n we have just one page for the whole municipality with same menu so many it is the same in whole Kommun….
