Yeah I think it would have been weird if we got like super regional skånemat here,,, but I think since uppsala kommun has decent population I think we had more than one kitchen but I’m not entirely sure…. Like the variation I noticed might just have been changes in menu over the years but it was a very distinct shift when I started a school on the opposite side of town
Do you have this thing called Mårten gås (Mårtensafton)? Because I think that's a very regional Skåne-thing, and we always got the same food on that day.
