i tell the same thing to the other police lady, and she just???? i could almost hear her roll her eyes at me 
she’s like uhmm what do you want us to do. and im like well idk the dog is now on the loose, the car has been broken into, and the owners are now yelling so idk maybe come checkup or smth 
and she’s like ok well unless the owners of the dog calls we won’t do anything? and then she was like thanks for letting us know I guess (while almost laughing) ????????????????
