Yes if she seems okay otherwise surgery is probably not worth the risk, and honestly if she did show signs of pain pain management might be better unless it’s super bad
best case scenario is probably all her teeth dropping, removing all the rot and worst case scenario is that she dies from a bone infection! dental problems are so cool
funnily enough my mom also has dental problems and might have a root infection haha we cant afford this
