ive had this talk with my firends a few days ago ... i always feel really good after excercise even if i initially really didnt wanna do it but my friends said they just feel shit after working out
like even if it was just a really long hike and not an actualy workout, it always makes me feel really energized
for me it's unfortunately rare to feel energized afterwards :c i've been running consistently for like a year and i always feel like i need a nap after if it was a challenging run
i can appreciate and enjoy some aspects ofc, like upping the weights of feeling like a certain distance has gotten easier to run, otherwise there'd be no point in doing it at all. but yeah, it's a mental battle a lot of the time to get it done
