Yeah biking is great! I don’t think it’s harder than running for me though cos I’ve been biking so much I have pretty good ability to regain biking cardio even after a break but running gives me like… asthma attack lawl
i wish I had the willpower to do more strength tho I feel like my muscles need it in my old age….
Honestly not crumbling apart of old age is the biggest motivation for working out
