I'd also love any type of activity to break the ice, like you dont have to talk but also chill activity you can still talk while playin
ye and i feel like you would usually get to know the person youre going out with before the date? like if you meet online or smth you would already know the basics, work, hobbies etc so like theres only so much u can talk about without it getting awkward
 thats not always the case for me sometimes when i meet ppl i just get to know them personally instead of over text but its interesting what ppl prefer for first dates idk i like to talk to ppl face to face to get to know them first so i know if i want to meet them again thats why i felt like doing an activity is more so second date activites lmao

tbh i usually dont do that either but i only have so many small talks in me and i cant form bonds over text i need to meet a person first to get the full picture thats why online dating is hell for me
